Terms and Conditions

Scope of Work

A detailed, itemized list of all services to be performed, including labor, parts, and materials. The total cost based on the list of services and breakdown. 

Exclusions

A clear list of any work or materials that are not included. This may include specialized work like Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, repairs that require a specialized contractor. 

Changes and Additions

Any changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing by both, Pinnacle NWA Handyman LLC and the Client. Additional costs for changes will be agreed upon before work begins. 

Payment Terms

A deposit may be requested and will be due upon acceptance of the estimate. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the works, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Payment methods accepted: Credit Card, Check, Venmo or Cash.

Late payments: Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date will incur a late fee of $8 per day. 

Liability and Disclaimers

Pinnacle NWA Handyman LLC is not liable for defects in existing installations or for any issues caused by materials not manufactured by us. Pinnacle NWA Handyman LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to property or personal injury caused by the actions of the client or other household members before, during, or after the work. Dates for commencement and completion are estimates only and Pinnacle NWA Handyman LLC is not liable for delays, except as specified in a separate agreement. 

Warranty

Pinnacle NWA Handyman LLC hereby warrants that all work performed will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion. Valid only if the client has paid in full. We do not cover warranty for damage caused by misuse, accident, or failure to perform proper maintenance, natural disasters and work performed by anyone other than our authorized representatives. Pinnacle NWA Handyman LLC responsibility under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective work and does not include any other damages or costs. A written claim must be provided with a detailed description of the issue within the warranty period. This warranty is not transferable and is valid only for the original client named in the invoice or contract.

Client Acknowledgment

The client acknowledges proceeding with the services, maintenance or project works they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
